About the Role
This role requires taking ownership of the execution of marketing initiatives (B2B), reporting to the Head of Marketing/ CEO. You may work directly with COO, Sales and CS teams to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to promote Wiziin’s solutions regionally (SEA market). Target customers are SMEs & venture funds.
Development and execution of the regional B2B marketing strategy for the Wiziin brand to generate leads and drive revenue, the role responsibilities include:
Marketing strategy & planning (10%)
Join the team to brainstorm ideas for marketing campaigns and activities aligning with business strategies & brand positioning.
Develop a detailed work plan for the given scope/workstream based on the overall plan.
Workstream execution (80%): Your scopes will be aligned with your line manager, including but not limited to some of the following:
Lead acquiring & nurturing (35%): implement prospect acquiring campaign, lead nurturing activities across channels for all Wiziin’s solutions.
Media relation (10%): Develop and sustain the network and relationships with journalists and other marketing’s relations.
Content marketing (10%): Coordinate with a content marketing executive to execute the research, synthesize to build impactful content materials (blog, social post, landing page, resources…) for related activities
Event management (10%): Coordinate with a communication officer to plan and organize events such as workshops and webinars for both the potential clients and the potential employees of Wiziin.
Website & Social media management (10%): Coordinate with content marketing executives to update content for website & social channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube;
Others (5%): Implement other marketing activities based on the strategy at each period.
Report & Analysis (5%): Report to the line manager about the effectiveness of the assigned marketing activities with insight and plan for further improvement.
Coordinating & supporting (5%): Coordinate and support other team members within and outside the Marketing team when needed.
3-5 years of experience in Marketing or similar positions.
Having a deep knowledge of B2B Marketing and having a passion to grow further in this career path.
Understanding of marketing channels, especially Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube.
Excellent communication skills, especially in the field of advertising and branding.
Excellent project management and time management skills.
Experimental mindset with enthusiasm about learning new things and the ability to self-motivate and teamwork.

Experiences in startups or venture industry, having knowledge of early-stage venture funding..
Creative and innovative mindset with interest in working in a start-up environment.
Ambitious and willing to fast-track.
